What barbell HIIT routines does /fit/ recommend?
I'm new to lifting and looking for a way to boost metabolism in place of traditional cardio.
In particular, how long do you need to do the exercise to hit VO2 max, and how long do you rest between sets?

How do you fit dips into your chest routine? Normally, I can do 6 but If I do my usual flat + incline bench + flies before I can't even do a single one.

Yes you are doing more than enough volume assuming you are lifting weights that are at least 70% of 1 RM. With your front squats, tricep pulls, and leg extensions you could do even less than 70% and still be fine.
I've been bulking for a few months now and consistently eating +600 calories above my maintenance and have gained about 14lb in total so far. I weighed myself last night and was 166lb, this morning I weighed 159lb.
How did I lose 7lb overnight?
What caused this?
What were those 7lb?
Nothing has changed except I got an hour or two less sleep the past two days and have been really stressed, is that enough to cause a 7lb weight loss?
Thats nearly 5% of my total body weight, am I dying?
Should I eat +1200 above maintenance today and tomorrow to try and make up for it?

A year is ridiculous. I had two inguinal hernias repaired a few years back, one on each side. At six weeks I started lifting again, just working my way up starting very light.

How to fix uneven arms?
I've been training for the past 4 months. I am right handed so i'm obviously stronger on that arm when it comes to bicep curls, but for some reason my left bicep is looking bigger even though i struggle more when lifting the same weight. How should i fix this or will both arms look the same eventually?
I read that you could start with the weaker arm and avoid doing more reps with the right one.
Measure them. It might be in your head. Everyone has a dominant arm but you'll prob find the size difference is very negligible.
