I managed to slowly fuck my left wrist by unloading plates from a rack. I'd always grab them right hand on top, left hand underneath, and slide them onto the bar. Multiple times a session, multiple times a week, for months, for years. Left hand underneath the plate taking the weight, every time. I never knew why the fuck my left wrist hurt so much, until I finally figured it out. I'm an idiot.

I guess I need some help to improve my diet. Don't really know if this meal plan is any good, I recently saw others on here so I thought you guys might have a piece of advice on how to change things up

200g Oats with water
30g whey and 5g BCAA with water
Snack
2 slices of bread with chicken breast
3 eggs
20g of cheese
Lunch (I usually divide that in 2 or 3 meals)

Total of 3500kcal, 57g of fat, 421g carbs and 312g protein

You do not need 300g of protein. I'd say keep your protein at max 250g. Get 50g more carbs and 50g less prot.

For starters, your macros.
You don't need 300g of protein to bulk up, unless you're big and roiding bigger.
Some studies suggest you'll need 1.65g of protein per kg, any more and even in elite strength athletes it will be used as energy. You could save something if you went down to 150g of protein per day.
Personally, I'd try to include a tin of mackerel per day (80-90g of fish), and more variety in vegetables (at least kale, spinach, and mushrooms, that aren't veggies but whatever, helpful micros - you don't need much, 50 to 100g each per day), but maybe you're supplementing omega3s or something.
