would you compete in women sports now that they don't require surgery transition?
they now claim testosterone has not effect on sport performance.
The legal Olympic t level for trans "girls" is almost 3x the high normal t levels for a real girl lmao

god I can't wait for society to break down so all these stryng indypyndynt wymyn will finally learn that they have zero natural defenses against a strong man who wants to have his way with them
Are there any long term side effects of a mild dose of testosterone for a 12 week cycle?
Gym goblins try to convince me I'll die of heart disease and be infertile but I remember that's what Boardshorts did

Dropped!
No. It's like drugs and alcohol; unless you are an idiot or want to fuck up you won't.
>>42404689
There hasn't been a ton of research done on this, especially in terms of long-term effects, but I'd say if you kept it to a mild dose and aren't doing it for years and years you probably don't have anything to worry about
If you're worried about becoming infertile bank some sperm
We're all going to die of heart disease or at the hands of Lord Zuckerberg anyway
What workout levels out your AG? I'm not talking about raw running speed, but also reflexes, singular body parts speed etc.
Fencing
>go to gym today for shoulder workout
>'gym' has one squat rack and no shoulder press rack
>finish first set
>guy starts telling his friend very loudly that we cant do bent over rows where I am because some guy(me) is doing shoulder press in the squat rack
>says this twice
>does bent over rows on the ground
Am I in the wrong here? He wasn't going to do squats either so what's the issue? Only one other guy used the squat rack after me to do shrugs.
Do bent over rows have priority? I always do them on the ground after I dead lift so I don't see why he needs to do them on the squat rack.
>>42404486
>bent rows
>not off the ground
What? You were in the right. Those other guys either are to lazy to lift it off the ground or dont know what a bumper plate is.
I do them in one of my gyms power racks because there are two and one is sketchy and not used much. Also there's only like one free barbell at most and I can never find it.
But they definitely have the lowest priority on any rack.
Fuck priories, unless your gym has dedicated areas for all barbell lifts its first come first served. Only find someone should shift is if it's some literal lightweight meme lifting shit that can be done where else.
Hello fit!
This is my 1st thread here and i would like to ask for the best diet system i can possibly get
>>42404377
Put a gun in your mouth and eat the bullet
There is no best diet system for everyone. What works for you might not work for everyone else
>>42404389
this is a good place to start though
>>42404377
Find the /fit/ diet tl;dr.
ITT: We talk abou how normies do half reps, and how to avoid/correct/ not-fucking-do-what they do.
Let me show you.
Pullups
>random grip, soemtimes close sometimes wide
>some get bar to their heads and count is as a rep
>dont go all the way down. If they actually get the ba to their chest or chin they only get the bar to head level.
>sometimes they get to the floor and jump
Push ups
>go down 1 FUCKING INCH and call it a rep
>arms as wide as possible
>knees on the floor sometimes
>arch back like a mountain
>sometimes they let themselves fall on the floor and go back up, call that a rep
Sit ups
>crunches are honestly kinda shuned here, but that has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
>sometimes they go up and never go down. Its like a reverse crunch
>legs barely arched, or extremly wide open.
Your go /fit/
who gives a shit honestly
their joints are probably healthier thanks to it
>>42404230
Youre an idiot wanting an injury if you dont keep a 15 degree angle at the bottom of your pullups
>tfw deadlift is my favorite exercise
>tfw mild scoliosis
>tfw probably gonna snap my shit up before reaching dat dere 5pl8 diddly
>tfw pretty much guaranteed to not reach over 600 lbs deadlift because nattycuck
Is deadlifting the honeypot exercise ?
On one side you have temptation to push your progress fast, on other hand you have risk of injury looming on you.
Should i just take it "easy" if im not a powerlifter nor do i ever intend to be one.
Lifting for 10~~ months, my best pull to date was 190kg / 418lbs sumo. I avoid going really heavy conventional because the leverages are worse for me for some reason (im 6'2)
i request boardshorts advice on that one, i heard he did some roids to bump his lifts up but he regrets it now
pls respond my brah
much love xoxo
I bought some shit from myprotein.com and they gave me 180 Thermopure caps for free, relatively new to lifting so wondering if anyones used them before and if they're any good or should they be avoided.

This should stack well with the caffeine

So I recently submitted my DNA to 23andme. Looking forward to getting the results. The FDA stopped them from giving a full health report a while back, but they recently allowed them to start doing a partial report again. You are also able to download your entire genetic code and have it interpreted elsewhere. (fuck the fda)
Seem's pretty interesting. I am curious about several things. My dads dad was adopted and we have zero information on his biological parents... so I've always had a last name that doesn't mean a lot to me.
It will also confirm some things I already know...
I also have a shitty auto-immune disease that was caused by a viral infection. I think having my genetics tested may help glean more information... about why I had such a shitty response to a common virus.
Anyone have any experience with their DNA tests??

/fit/ gym membership is so fuckin expensive as a student, would i be better off investing in an olympic bar and maybe a pull up dip station?
>>42403797
>as a student
Nigga you don't get a free membership to the rec at your school?
at a Shite uni m8, even the cheaper gym option is still like 25£ a month and it's packed all the time
>>42403836
Tell the admin to go fuck themselves, that's some bullshit there. You can put together a decent gym fairly cheap, but if the monthly rate is too much for you, you're gonna have to save up for a while.
