For several years now my hobbies have waned into disinterest and even disgust. I do nothing anymore, I sit around at my computer and hate who I am. I've wanted to better myself for over a decade but never gotten around to it, all just empty promises of "I'll start tomorrow", "I'll start next week" and then I don't because I got stuck looking at something irrelevant on my computer again.
It's like I realize that I need to lose weight to be happy, I've probably had a long term depression about it.
So where do I begin, how do I keep a routine without dropping it at any time with a bad excuse again, etc?
Do I actually have to get out and run until I taste blood just to get healthy? I FEAR the pain it causes, it hurts incredibly at the start, and often hurts for days after. Is there any way to ignore this fear?

How much muscle per 1kg will the loss be counting from start of ketosis? The way I understand this is the order of burning energy reserves

That's an extreme example but you get the idea.
If you could start adding weight to the pushups ex: wearing a backpack and gradually adding books, then you would be able to gain strength from it.

Buy a full 20 foot tall tower. You'll never be able to do gymnastics quality skills because you're nowhere near flexible enough and it will be years before you build the correct stabilizer muscles. Google how 5 year olds start learning basic ring exercises and start from there.

Hey guys quick question.most days I do weights and cardio straight after eachother and have 1 protein shake for the whole workout.would it differ much if I did cardio in morning then came back later at night for weights?
