How to fix uneven arms?
I've been training for the past 4 months. I am right handed so i'm obviously stronger on that arm when it comes to bicep curls, but for some reason my left bicep is looking bigger even though i struggle more when lifting the same weight. How should i fix this or will both arms look the same eventually?
I read that you could start with the weaker arm and avoid doing more reps with the right one.
Measure them. It might be in your head. Everyone has a dominant arm but you'll prob find the size difference is very negligible.
