My "day job" involves a lot of grip clutching and shoulder turning.... not good for the rotatory cuff...

So... my grip is strong... but not stamina based. In other words.... I can hold 405 lbs on a rack pull for about 10 seconds..... but don't ask me to pick up 10 lbs after that.
