Foreigner living in USica here.
I've been to le UK, but have never been to smaller supermarket, like an East Asian one or anything, just Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and Iceland (which, fuck you, I like), so I can't say for the UK exactly. However, in my home country, they're available at most supermarkets and here in the US, they're available at East and Southeast Asian supermarkets as well as, increasingly, the more common supermarket chains.
If you can't find them in your common supermarket, try a Chinese or other East Asian supermarket. They're sure to have them.

Also, it takes me three chickens to get enough bones (backs, necks, wingtips, ribs and thigh bones) for 1L of stock. Two chickens is not enough for me.

There's definitely no butcher near you? Even most small towns and villages have at least one. Anyway, it's worth asking if your local Tesco or whatever have a butchery bit (a lot do now) if they'll give/sell you them.

I like the chili lime cup and of course the chicken, beef, shrimp, etc. I partially lived on them for a time, though, so it's a love/hate relationship.

Used to be papa johns but they started getting real jewy with the toppings and the sauce is weirdly sugary to me.
Pizza hut used to be mediocre but had dope pan pizza and stuffed crust, but this weird shit they do now with the "drizzled sauce" and the crust is just a sticky gross mess
So I basically default to dominos.

Although if I've got the cash I order from Idaho Pizza. THAT shit is good

I have worked at Domino's and everything is pretty clean and fresh, no real gross stories to tell, and it tastes fine so I just order that by default.

I think it spits oil all over the oven, which requires more frequent oven cleaning, adds smoke to the house too. But, a jellyroll pan has a huge surface area, so chefs and party people like cooking it there, whole rows at once. I don't think it's better "mouth feel" than the browning that happens in a cast iron, but you can make a larger quantity and it might be better than an unevenly heated poorly made pan on the stove at the wrong temperature. It's a great method for glazing and making bacon candy though. Just rub some brown sugar on there, after a dip in bourbon.

Yea, stupid. My ex used to try to put ginger in everything. Immature palate. Trash for taste. Cinnamon in pasta sauce is a fringe thing though, it exists among early greek immigrant recipes (its in their moussaka), and is part of the flavor in Cinncinati 5-way spaghetti sauce and some famous hot dog topping chilies like Skyline or DC's Ben's Chili Bowl.
