I don't understand this. I have never had trouble finding either.

If you live in a city it should be easy to find because cities of any decent size will have somewhere that sells these items.

If you live in the country it should be easy to find because you are in the country.

I've literally never been anywhere that I couldn't find these things if I wanted to. Of course moderate to large cities will have something and any small town will likely have a small butcher shop or at least a processing facility.

Who here vegetarian meal prep? Start of a healthier week.

Entree: Lemon garlic tofu, mushrooms, broccoli, and green beans. Two poached eggs with black beans and red onion quinoa.

Salad: Spring mix with dried cranberries, red onion, feta, and pecans.

Not vegetarian, but sounds good OP.
For next week I've got a recommendation for salad.
Spinach (or green of choice), dried cherries, feta, and a balsamic vinaigrette (store this on the side, if you've got a little sealable plastic cup).
I've been cutting back on sugar so I've cut out the cherries, but it's still delicious as fuck.

Also try some indian curries, or meatless chili. They taste even better after sitting a while, and reheat well (saag paneer, chana masala, 5 vegetable curry, etc).

I need to know, how much am I expected to tip on holidays?

We're planning on going to Applebee's for Thanksgiving dinner but I don't know how much I'm supposed to tip since it's one of this biggest holidays and the staff are working on the holiday I think it might be a higher rate.
Is 45% overkill or is it ok? Too little?

Can anyone recommend an induction compatible divided pot for shabu shabu/hot pot? I've been looking at these two on amazon, but they look a bit shoddy and have mixed reviews at best, and I'd like to get a good product. Anyone used cookware made by these companies (Tamaya & HCX) before?

Yes you will be absolutely fine. The "expiration date" is really just a "best before" date that the stores put on there to alleviate liability. You could probably eat the chicken even up to a week afterwards. Couple days is nothing to even worry about. As long as it was cooked through no worries.

Get spices, preheat pan to medium heat, toast for one minute constantly stirring, let cool on a plate, grind and then rub on the meat.
There isn't really much more to it than that. I don't know.... Let a crust form and don't move the teddies around too much?
