If you think about it isn't bread just a cheap hack? The overwhelming ingredient is wheat flour which is basically thick grass/dirt otherwise inedible ground up into a powder, and you give it loft by a reaction between yeast and sugar and heat. Is this totally retarded observation further proof that keto is the optimal human diet?

Don't you guys realize that you feel like shit after eating trash? I know that I didn't for the longest time. I would gorge myself every day on complete shit. I was 220 pounds at my heaviest and since January I've lost 60 pounds. Talk to your body. It does a great job of letting you know what's up.

People tell me this shit about food and booze - so I tried not eating bad shit and really balancing my nutrition, and cutting out booze. Nothing fucking happened. I didn't feel like shit then and I didn't feel better after putting in the effort.

I'm sure I'm an anomaly or something, but nothing really affects the way I feel.

I guess I'm more tired than I used to be, but I'm 30, so that's bound to happen.

What are your favorite "rustic" recipes /ck/? I mean stuff that's really simple to make, where you cook everything in one pot and make a ton of food at once and can freeze the rest for later.

I really like recipes like this because they're quick and economical, having homemade food on hand in the freezer for those nights when I really don't feel like doing much work is a godsend.
