I was vegan for 3 years, stopped for some reason after I got married. I felt amazing and healthy for the three years I was vegan.

I'm not. It's impractical because of pre-existing medical dietary restrictions. Were I to adopt a vegan diet, I would quickly develop multiple deficiencies.

Diarrhea is a serious issue, independent of your poor house training. She might need to be on a special diet or possibly antibiotics or something.

Dog probably should have seen a vet on the third or fourth consecutive day, but it's definitely not too late to get her healthy again. Or she may need a change in diet.

She's fucking petrified of spiders. Wouldn't come anywhere near me when I had it, as though it would jump and attack her.

Im a huge autist about spiders. I love learning about them and find them really interesting. I don't really want to own one though. I think tarantulas are cute af but I don't think it'd be too much fun to have as a pet. I do find their threat pose hilarious and adorable

It's a deinopid. They're known as ogre-faced spiders or net-casting spiders and catch prey by literally divebombing them and trapping them with silk. They have very powerful night vision.

My apologies for the sideways pictures I'm taking these on my phone. Here's the dude. He seems okay. Also that plastic shit is because the filter current was too strong I think so I slowed it down and directed the current down so he can relax and not have to fight it 24/7. He went in his house a second ago so I think he's just checking shit out.

Next week I'm gonna get 3-4 small non-nipping fish that can chill in there with him. I don't wanna wait too long because I don't want him to get territorial.

Adjustable heaters tend to be better in case you ever need to increase the temp to treat disease. A 25W heater is sufficient, but the smallest PetSmart sells is 50W.
Are the bloodworms frozen or freeze dried? If you're going to feed dried food, pellets are better than flakes. Dried bloodworms are okay, but you want to soak them beforehand.
PH and whatnot aren't that important. You should have some way of checking the ammonia and nitrite, though. At least for the first 6-8 weeks, you should feed him very lightly (he only needs 2 or 3 mouthfuls of food a day) and change the water out regularly (25% once a week or so), so the levels shouldn't get out of control.

You're probably right about the 10 gallon. I initially was going to but the bitch at the store talked me out of it. I took some water out of the tank because the waterfall from the filter would be submerged otherwise but I can add more if that's fine. The worms and stuff are dried. Thanks for the tips. I'll get something to test the ammonia and nitrate levels. The top was off for pics only.

She would satisfy her hunter instinct by fetching a sock from the laundry hamper and laying it in front of me, meowing proudly to show off her "kill."

sansevieria plants are super low maintenance and tolerate terrible abuse. They come in many varieties.

They're also on the NASA list of air cleaning plants.

Plants are not pets, you'd be getting into gardening. I'd suggest a Venus fly trap. Feed it little bit of hamburger from time to time, water it, put a nutrient stick in the soil.

Lucky bamboo, spider plant, and peace lily are also some very hardy houseplants.
A small fish tank with just plants could work for you as well, and give you some freedom to "landscape."
If you want grass specifically, look for oat grass seed on eBay. Ir doesn't last very long, though. If you want something that lasts longer you can get some monkey/mondo grass. It's usually pretty easy to find at pet stores in the aquarium section, and you can just keep it in a pot on the windowsill with some gravel, same as lucky bamboo. Grows too slow to trim, though.
The lowest maintenance animals I can think of are snakes and bugs, like hissing roaches. Or snails (aquatic or terrestrial). Pet snails are actually pretty comfy.

pick a species you like, get info on their needs/life cycle. Then google how to take care of them. Check out multiple sites and compile the information.

I have one for my tiel and one for my B&G macaw. Both of them have freaked the fuck out because of it, even if I try to gradually get them used to it.

I've seen birds do well with them, but I think it's one of those things that works much better if you introduce it early in the birds life.
