"Hey, thought your dog was lost but you weren't home, I had to go to work so I dropped it at the shelter" Usually spooks people with the fear of losing their dog, even if that fear isn't realistic (in the case of chipped dogs etc).

Now that I live in a town, well, it's actually illegal where I live to let dogs run off leash outside of a fence. I don't even live in a namby-pamby state or city. Just a place with an assload of dogs.

This happens to me all the time, OP. When I went thru puberty it took me a little while to realize that everyone wanted to fuck me. It was surreal- going from being an overweight 'loser' to someone everyone wanted to be around. About half of women treat me very well; about a quarter treat me distinctly negatively.

I'm a very attractive female. You get used to it. Certainly helps in life- I get preferential treatment everywhere I go.
