Can only find generic help that doesn't really work.
Does anyone know any effective ways of promoting content on YouTube without giving the guys over there cash? It often doesn't work and it costs more than you'd expect.
Just to let you know, I'm up on social media, I am trying to collaborate, and I am trying to make videos frequently.

Unless you are previously famous or at least internet famous, you're mostly shit out of luck. For every 10 videos of the thing you search for, there are likely 100s of videos that never get more than 50-100 views.
It's just the nature of the beast.
Your best bet is to latch onto something trending and be one of the videos that might come up when people are searching what's going down.

My brother is trying to get YouTube famous and he has an app on his phone that gives him subscribers. He's actually gotten hundreds since he started using it and I would think having a high number looks good to potential actual viewers. I can ask him the name of the app if you're interested

I mostly do YTPs on current events. Recently, I did one on Keemstar, which might go down well.
Other things include the simple ones that get views but don't engage the viewer with the channel, like compilations and clips from other videos. These bring in the views, but not the subscribers.

My girlfriend is an RCMP officer and she volunteered to help with the Fort McMurray evacuation and left 2 days ago. The phone calls of what she describes is intense and scares me, I'm really worried about her safety.
She left without giving me much heads up, she just texted me and said she was going, came by and grabbed some things, gave me a kiss and left. I'm not really too hurt over that because that's what drew me to her in the first place.
I am worried about her safety though and she was going door to door to clear households while the city was burning, I can't make her come home sooner but I find myself checking the news for hours and hours everyday.

I'm not sure what to do.. I'm a 21 year old female and I have had mental health issues since I was in my early teens. I have suffered with depression, loneliness, anxiety and isolation for a long time. I take a lot of prescription medication because I often feel sad, I don't sleep well and find it hard to talk to people or leave my home. I have had a few boyfriends before, nothing serious, but I find that I always seem to frighten them away as soon as they learn about my mental health problems. I told a guy I was in love with that I attempted suicide once, and he told me he thought I was crazy, despite the fact I try so hard to be a good person. He didn't love me back. I rarely talk to people these days.
Are there any men out there that can accept me and help me, or is it too much of a turn off?

I have been having problems with my boyfriend sexually. Im not completely clueless as to why or what is happening but Id love if any of you could talk to me.
We started dating about 2 months ago and we had been friends for a really long time. Our relationship is really strong and we share everything with each other. Sexually I am a very active person and I have a huge libido where as he is slowly coming out of a depression thats lasted for years. He also was a virgin before we were together. I would like to think he is attracted to me a lot because just seeing me after a couple days gives him an erection and he loves me deeply. Because I have very low self esteem this problem is making me feel like shit even though I have so much 'evidence' showing that he does find me sexy and beautiful. At this point I really dont know what to do that doesnt involve me hurting myself. He did go to a urologist just in case it was physiological but the doctor confirmed it was psychological. Do you think he needs time or is our relationship doomed?

my life has just been slowly advancing less and less. Mid 20s and i still live at home. i fucking hate myself. I fell for the degree meme and months have gone by and I can't get a job. the rejection is taxing on my ego. I can't even pretend to be that motivate happy guy. I'm begining to hate my area of study and have lost all passion and interest for it. I can't even pretend to care about it anymore. I have zero motivation to do anything. I don't have any friends and my only social contact is my girlfriend. My parents are begining to hate me and everyday I'm told how useless I am. And they're right.

i finally feel fucking stable for once. all day every day i have been eating avocados, salads, bell peppers, sweet potatoes, drinkig lots of green tea, having dark chocolate here and there as well as takinng care of my skin. i also take collagen supplementa.
i finally feel like i am reapecting myself and i love and honor my physical body. thank you Lord for helping me overcome this huge struggle. When I felt the most weak, I eat the healthiest foods that were within my reach to pick myself back up and regain strength.
this whole ordeal happened after a pathetic fuckboy rejected me. but as a stronger woman i can confidently say i dont give two fucks about that loser. i have myself, my healthy beautiful body with beautiful skin. i lost 5 pounds, i look radiant and glowing. guys at school are noticing me and i feel like a beautiful woman. i am so glad that the nasty fuck boy is out of my life. i feel purified after respecting my body this much, and purifying my mind from nasty thoughts. i will continue to do this as long as i can and NEVER seek the approval of some random fuckboy. i approve of myself and hold myself in high regard. i will never let some nasty guy put his filthy hands on me ever fucking again.
i have been standing up and picked myself up after being kicked to the ground. i feel proud as ever. i attribute this to eating healthy and de stressing/not giving a fuck about things that dont matter. ie purifying my mind.
