Sounds about right not much can be done about it other than letting your arm rest. When it comes to limbs painful tingling usually means your nerves are getting pinched. It either goes away on it's own with rest or it's just something you have to deal with forever.

The clear answer is that you need to move the fuck out. Out of that city, and ideally out of the state. You need to find a way to hide that money, and save up enough so that you can leave. Do you have any friends that would lend you their car to help you drive? If it gets desperate enough, I would buy a one way ticket and arrange to get to a shelter in another state.

Start looking up ads for places to stay, check them out, and meet your potential roommates if you can. Go to a community college and apply for as many scholarships or aid as you can. Do your best and ideally transfer to your state university when you can. Do you have to drive? You'd save a lot by ditching it for a bike or public transportation, but only if practical. Get more hours or get a second job. I hope you like beans and rice, because that's all you'll be eating for a while.

Drink a small cup of bleach, chase with plenty water. It will be mostly neutralised by your stomach acid but still be alkaline enough to kill all the bacteria making the gas.

Your next shit will be watery but after that it's like starting fresh, no gas. Worked fine for me and I used to almost inflate and get horrendous cramps. I'd go for a shit and blow air for a few minutes before I drank bleach.

I'm not a "people person" which is why I chose computers from an early age. I'm hardly emotional at all with dealing with people but, for me, it's a point of pride. Because, like when I was working retail, I would be the only one on a team spending time fixing problems instead of my teammates who would go into hysterics and just rile up angry customers even more.

But when it comes to having to talk to people directly and in-depth, my brain seems stuck in a "machine/logical mode" and the body can't keep up. If that makes any sense. At best, I can keep things brief without too many incidents but then I come off as shy or quiet (or sometimes mentally slow or ill) when that couldn't be further from the truth.
