Please help. I just moved my cat into my new apartment and she's so used to living at my parent's. I don't know if she's homesick or what but she's just silently hiding in the bathroom and refuses to come out or do anything. She won't eat or drink or play with her toys. And the sounds of doors opening and closing nearby seems to scare her. What do i do?

This is normal behavior. She is very scared and anxious about being in a new place. It can take up to a couple of weeks for cats to acclimate to new surroundings. That's an extreme case, though. Every time I've moved, it takes mine a few days at most.
Leave her alone. Put her food, water and litter box in a quiet place that doesn't receive much foot traffic. Let her explore when she feels comfortable. In the meanwhile, avoid her and do your own thing. Don't invite strangers over until she has become comfortable in her new home. she needs as few new elements as possible.

google has campuses in tons of countries in europe. germany is the one i know of but i'm pretty sure you don't need to go to america.
it's hard to get into google, but if you're good at what you do you have a pretty good shot. just have a bunch of sideprojects on your offtime that show skill and inventiveness.

eat the same 3 meals every day and nothing else. they can be whatever you want as long as its 300-500 calories beneath your TDEE (what you need to maintain your weight). it should be the same meals because otherwise you're hassling around every day trying to find the calories in everything you're cooking
if that is too hard for you or the idea of eating the same thing everyday doesn't appeal to you because you'd get 'bored', and you don't want to lift weights or do cardio, then you don't actually want to lose weight.

So I've been with my fiance for over 2 years now and everything is perfect.
Only thing is....
Just after hearing we will be getting married the fiance's ex magically shows up and starts creating rumors. Have never met her before and the fiance stopped talking to her when we started dating. We have the same group of friends so she's been telling everyone I'm pregnant and forcing him into marriage. She's making youtube videos saying he's only marrying because she left him feeling insecure as a man, because she cheated on him with a girl, and that i'm forcing him into it.
I've never met this person before so I'm not entirely sure how to react to it. My guy has talked to her about it to make sure she is ok and to stop but nothing yet.
Any advice about crazy exes? I've never quite had this problem before so anything is welcome, kind strangers.
By the way, I'm not pregnant and only want to get married because its always been a dream of mine to do so when i find the right person, which I have.

Well, I fucked up this time /adv/.
Hung out all day Tuesday with this girl who has a boyfriend. We got kind of drunk, and she really started going for it. Like undoing my belt going for it.
I told her no, because I knew her boyfriend, and it would be unfair to everyone involved, and I decision we would both completely regret the next day.
Also she was drunk and I'm not getting close to that whole rape thing.
She got pretty angry, and got a cab and went home. She told me later she got in a huge fight with bf, presumably because she was ignoring him for the majority of the day.
Well we haven't talked in 2 days. I figure I'll just wait until she feels we need to talk.
Did I fuck up or do the right thing? I could have manipulated that entire situation into sex and chose not to because of some weird white-knight complex I guess I have.
Is she mad because I turned her down? I even told her I was into her, but couldn't do anything because of her boyfriend.
tl;dr - turned down girl with boyfriend. She hasn't said a word to me in two days. Did I fuck up?

ITT clingy girlfriend
I'm used to relationships where I'm the center of the world, pretty much. My past relationships, I always came first, they always wanted to be with me, they always wanted me around, they talked to me everyday, they would even get moody if I didn't say anything. If friends were around, they would involve me too, or if they would go out with their friends, they would tell me so. It's not like I demanded to know where they were at, it just naturally happened, like "hey tonight I'm going out drinking with my buddies see ya tomorrow", messages like that.
In this relationship, I'm obviously the last priority. He talks to me when no one is and he's bored as fuck. He comes saying "amg no one's up everyone is at work or sleeping I'm so damn bored". I send him messages (usually questions), he doesn't reply. Once his friends are up, then it's over. We won't be talking of the day at all, or maybe even the week if I'm that unlucky. Hell, it's his friends who tell me news from him (ex : "hey you must be happy that your bf is back home :D oh what you didn't know he was back from his trip? hahahaha that's so funny :D")
How do I deal with this? I understand that his friends are important, especially since it distracts him from cutting himself, but this is the first time where as a romantic interest, I come in last, and that much. If he didn't confess about his problems to me, that I know he doesn't talk to anyone else, I would think that I'm just an acquaintance. I feel like I'm that person you talk to when there's no one else and there's nothing on TV. And no, I got nothing against his friends; I'm friendly with them, they are even the ones who usually ask me to tag along with them, and when I do, my boyfriend barely chats with me. His best friend is a good friend with me, and I either just hang out with him alone, leaving my bf with their other friends, or I just leave because I feel like I'm in the way since my bf wants friend's attention.

i ask that myself sometimes. my boyfriend is the complete opposite of me both in interests and attitude. literally like day and night... i'm the hopeful, positive one, he's the cynical pessimist... i love my nerdy fantasy stuff, he prefers sports and cop/gangster type stuff...
we try to show each other our interests though, and i think the fact we try to keep an open mind is what keeps us going. we also try to be considerate of each other and support each other when we can.
been about a year since we got together, and we're still pretty crazy about each other so here's hoping.
