I have a near-crippling fear of failure, to the point where I don't try anything or go out. At this point, I'm a shut-in who just watches TV all day because I'm too afraid that, if I follow my passions, then I'll fail and all that effort would have been for naught. It's even gotten to the point where this one places wants to interview me for potential employment and I don't want to do it because my head says "what if you hate the job"
It's the first place that's offered an interview since graduation
I've already been to therapy and medication, though that was to make me stop wanting to kill my damn self.

So my school asked me for a picture of myself with some specs, but I have a couple doubts about the outcome:
First of all, I'm using GIMP.
Second of all, they asked for:
402 (width) x 420 (height) pixels; resolution between 96 and 250 dpi; size between 96 and 150 kb.
The thing is, if I use the measures they said, the original pic becomes waaaay too small (ranging from 12 to 60kb). I don't know what they want the pictures for, so I wonder what should I benefit: the 96 to 150 kb size, or the resolution and Width-Height of it. Also if any of you could help me find a way to balance this three requirements it would be awesome.
The second doubt is that when I scale the image and I try to write the 402*420 Pixels, it automatically downsizes it to 302. Why does this happen?

I need an /adv/ice on my current situation
I'm currently a student in a university, renting out a 2 bedroom apartment with other 3 people and me, which in total of 4. We're all close friends and we've been planning this for months in advance, trying to get the cheapest place for like $250/mo, but then few months after we moved in together--
4 people in 2 bedroom apartment is not really a good idea. Everything just won't work out really well because we all shared a room.
Now I'm deciding to move out from this apartment, I'm not a leaseholder to the apartment but as an "occupant" where I do not have responsibility to the landlord/apartment company but to my other roommate, which is technically I'm not chained to the 12 month lease.
The thing is, how do I tell them that I'm going to move out from this apartment next month? I don't want to cut off friendship with them although I know that they'll be pissed off because that I'm going to bail out. Should I tell them the truth that I'm not working well with this scenario or should I use wordings about "muh i need focus" etc or any else?

I'm a credit intern at a local bank, and my internship is letting me go because I am not enjoying the job. I want to move out of my hometown and go to a bigger city and work for a bigger company, and my employer knew that.
They wanted to offer me the job, but I imagine they knew I would turn it down. I am being let go from my position next month. I have nothing lined up as of yet. I am worried this will affect my chances of getting a job in the future.
Right now, I feel alone.

I did not think I was being obvious. I never complained about my work, I was always respectful, I even asked for more work/to help the analysts when I needed something different to do.
