If I could list one of the things shes good at, is insulting. She is very good at picking things up and then yell them at you. I would say shes a master at it, because she knows how to pick the correct events, the good stuff, the delicate stuff and then direct it at you.

And this goes on and on, she doesn't stop. It could last hours, days. She yells and yells and never stops. She laughs and laughs and continues to do so.

Once she starts, there's nothing that can stop her. She stops reasoning, she stops listening.

It is stuff like this that makes me just fucking hate her guts.

I try to be supportive most of the times, at least when I am not in a bad mood, I worry for her and her situation is always present on me. I do try to bring her food, I even beg her to eat it because she just doesn't want to eat a thing (she probably believes this will just shorten her stay on this place) and, in general, I try to be a somewhat ok guy.

But the things she says, the way she behaves and, well, all of this in general, put me on a severe bitch mode and I just wish she would just die already. It might even be best for her for all I know.

Now that I am again fucking up school, she will yell at me for months, and she will repeat those things again and again. And when I tell her to shut it and just have some hope she will say its pointless, and when I fail again and tell her I can do it she will just say I cant.

Well generally its a pretty dry cheese, which is good because the less moisture there is the harder it is for mold. Also have to consider that all cheese contains active bacteria - this also slows mold growth as the mold would need to compete for resources.

Generally speaking it should be perfectly fine for a few weeks after the sell by date. The company i used to deal with actually slashed a third of their sell-by period on their products just to move more product out the door, long story short it benefited them and shafted the distributers (me). After a few weeks to a month id start to get a little sketched by it.

If you wanna be a dick, always grab from the very back of the display case, as thats where the new product gets rotated (if the people responsible do their job). Just put things back after and dont be a god damn fucking nigger leaving everything scattered all over.

IIRC parmesan has a pretty lengthy sell-by date, at least a month or two (and this is going off the brand i dealed with with sellbys that are 2/3rds the industry standard). So in a nutshell, overall, a cup of shredded parm should be good for about 3 months TOTAL. This is only if you keep it refrigerated and air tight, free of moisture.

Just to add, the mold that will grow on it is almost always harmless. Like yeah that shits still gross but if youre desperate you can still eat it (itll taste musty), or at the very least remove the affected portions. Just make sure its not black or red, every other color is technically safe.
