You need to avoid lifting until 2 weeks after the pain stops after you've stopped lifting and then you need to warm up with cardio - YES CARDIO - using the joints that are typically in pain for at least 20 minutes. Only then should you lift and go heavy. Don't do the lift for cardio, actually hit the stair master or run.
Again, this is not a joke. You will fuck your joints long term if you continue like you are.

I never used a preworkout before but I have a really high caffeine tolerance.

Read the sticky. Stupid fucking question. Goals won't be met "quickly." You're most likely not OHPing 255, ever. Deadlift and Squat numbers are realistic, but will take at the very least a year of consistent lifting and bulking.
Also, 5/3/1 is shit. Get on TM or The Bridge if you want to get strong.
I've been working out for 9 months now and I started at 130 5'10, I'm now 142 and 5'11
Bench increased 30 lbs
Squatting 160 (most I've tried)
and workout a different set of muscles every day (I workout 5 days a week) I eat a shit ton, drink water and a protein shake with about 1700 calories and 40 grams of protein after every workout. And I'm gaining strength but not much muscle, what gives?

I'm 6'2 and 326 but my starting weight was 420. I'm somewhat athletic for a fat fuck so my legs are relatively strong. I can't squat proper cause my balance is fucked due to being half blind (I try regardless just can't do much weight like 150 or so) but my leg press is around 820. Basically I know my legs are strong enough to carry my fat ass around but how do I build up the cardio endurance to do it? I just get so tired so fast.
