>shoulders roll forward
>tight as fuck traps
>this fucks my deadlift
>no hamstring/glute activation on deads/squats
>tried lacrosse ball, foam roll, stretching chest, strengthening back, standing straight
Has anyone had/fixed this problem?

Have it now, I'm stretching like mad and doing posture exercises.

Same here. I don't feel much in my legs when I squat. Hell, I feel it more in my legs when I OHP cause I squeeze my asshole and abs so tight.

lay on your stomach with your hands out like youre doing a handstand eyes looking towards your hands. try and get your armpits to touch the floor
helps to have a buddy push down on your back

why don't you do some rear delt focused lifts
and do some exercises that focus on hamstring or glutes to practice activating them?
glute bridge, can do it at home even and practice squeezing at top of ROM

fuck off
clam shells
dead bugs
etc
google upper cross and lower cross syndrome
try to be conscious of your posture
and correct yourself everytime you notice your shoulder roll em back itll feel weird but youll get used to it

I have the same exact problems as you especially the part about not being able to activate your hips during a lift.
Sounds like hip abductors. Take pressure off your lower back after intense lifting or incline running for ne. Ice pack and stretching good luck. We will all nake it, for us and Pianoman RIP RIGHT?
