knee pain is usually due to breaking at the knees before breaking at the hips for the squat. Dpesnt look too bad actually, just foam roll your quads and warm up properly

Looks like you're trying WAY too hard to follow every tiny piece of advice you've heard on squats. Not locking your knees, keeping your lower back in, etc. Make your body move more naturally. Don't lock your knees totally but don't keep them bent the whole time either. The main thing is keeping your lower back in. Focus on keeping your shoulderblades somewhat back and just squat.

Look straight forward not at the ground
Keep chest out
Like others pointed out don't let your upper body tip forward the moment you reach the lowest point and start going back up.
