Hey fit about a month ago I switched over from a BB program to strength building goals. Any advice on how to reach these quickly/effectively?

overhead press: 255x1, 205x5

Bench press: 365x1, 315x5

Barbell row: 335x1, 285x5

Deadlift: 455x1, 405x5

Squat: 425x1, 385x5

Read the sticky. Stupid fucking question. Goals won't be met "quickly." You're most likely not OHPing 255, ever. Deadlift and Squat numbers are realistic, but will take at the very least a year of consistent lifting and bulking.

Also, 5/3/1 is shit. Get on TM or The Bridge if you want to get strong.

I know what SS is, don't know what 531 is, and yeah I'm asking for advice because I'd like to know more and see if there's anything I haven't thought of. You could stay being a dick, or you could just tell me what it is and i could learn something
