I've been working out for 9 months now and I started at 130 5'10, I'm now 142 and 5'11
Bench increased 30 lbs
Squatting 160 (most I've tried)
and workout a different set of muscles every day (I workout 5 days a week) I eat a shit ton, drink water and a protein shake with about 1700 calories and 40 grams of protein after every workout. And I'm gaining strength but not much muscle, what gives?
