Why do you train for strength when it causes you to lose mobility? How is it more functional to squat 500 pounds with a barbell on your back than to be able to move properly through a range of motion? Why condition your body to bear such heavy loads that you'll never use in real life whereas mobility you should train for because you use it every single day.

Using free weights, how do I more effectively train rear delts and tris? I can just do behind the back triceps extensions to focus tris, but I kinda wanted to add another exercise that is tris/rear delts because I've heard rear delts benefit a lot from being trained twice in a session

Last week I worked out my chest, first time in a long time I've done a weight lift to chest. Anyway the soreness stopped but now I have a tightness in my chest muscles.
