I'm trying to craft some bro split workouts for myself which will help my compliance a lot since I'm bad with tracking my lifts. I just did my generic "arms" day for the first time, please help me improve this
Arnold press (front delt focus)
Standing side lateral raise (medial delt)
Skull crushers (rear delt, tris)
Incline curls (bicep)
Using free weights, how do I more effectively train rear delts and tris? I can just do behind the back triceps extensions to focus tris, but I kinda wanted to add another exercise that is tris/rear delts because I've heard rear delts benefit a lot from being trained twice in a session
I am going to buy a cable machine rope attachment so I can do face pulls, I think they are the ideal thing, but my apartment gym does not have one right now.
