A LETTER TO THE SOCIALLY INEPT /FIT/ZENS

You lot are probably not interested in my personal story and will give no shits about any advice I'll give (as I'm not that special).

I feel like /fit/ and /fa/ helped me a lot during my ascension from autistic adolescent to a well rounded top class cunt, so I do feel like I owe you guys something back because I can say I MADE IT. Ignore your narcissism and close mindedness just for this one post and I promise I can help you change your life.

Here's my story:

>Unable to speak English and high levels of anxiety made so that my young self NEVER spoke to ANYONE in high school for 4 years (literally not a word, not even a "yes" during the register)

Just got a new stationary bike for my home gym, still very excited about it and been doing 30 minutes of 75% intensity every day that I'm not lifting, sometimes both.

Is that healthy or am I gonna burn myself out?

I don't know what to do you guys... At my heaviest (11 years ago when I was 13), I weighed 200 lbs, and through biking and taking public transit everywhere I dropped down to 140-150, then after an eating disorder + active lifestyle / job 120. (Yes I acknowledge this as a problem-mentioning because I wonder if it screwed up my metabolism?) After having to move to the suburbs and going through a shit relationship, my weight has ballooned up to 140-145 lbs, even though I do go to the gym daily and don't eat that much. Does anyone have any ideas on how to slim down and tone upper thighs, upper arms, and stomach? I'm worried I'm going to be stuck at 140 forever, and I think at this point I'm going to need very basic instruction too. (I've never been a runner so I'll need couch to 4k info for example.)

you cant really screw up your metabolism, its called metabolic adaptation so yeah even when your body will adapt to maintain at low intake it will go back to normal within a year of properly eating. plateaus are common either at gaining weight or losing so just keep goung at it, weight your food, watch your portions and you will shed weight. if you go the gym daily chances are youre gaining weight back on muscle while losing fat. you cant spot reduce either so youll have to lose weight everywhere to have those parts slimmed down just keep going at it and youll see results soon

what does /fit/ do to be successful in NoFap?

Im currently 4 days in my streak. longest i ever done before is 8 hours (i used to jerk it about 4 times a day) and already i feel more alert

My usual method of being sucessful is jerk it to the point my usual morning wood is about as stiff as it can be while having a shower (Mornings are the hardest part of the day. literally) then quickly let go before i continue on. then do double front biceps flexes as well as side chest, side triceps and front abdominals (even though i have no abs but it makes my lats pop out)

then after that i have a semi big bowl of porridge with only water and a teaspoon of honey then after i watch aniki videos (my personal fav being International Wrestling Festival 2015 -WORLD OF ANIKI to which i'll link in the description) and constantly watch JoJo's bizarre adventures while i eat my porridge then i hit the gym for at least 2 hours but no more than 3 since when 3rd hour comes, usually the basic thots doing pussy-to-jump box squats, swerving their asses left and right in a hypnotic fashion while they walk 3kph on the treadmills while im trying to burn off 100 calories in the quickest possible way on the eplitical because my sciatica is a fucking nusiance for jogging then continue to hand out CVs at workplaces because i recently got fired from my shitty job because a ginger faggot got so pissed off at me, he held a knife at my face because i made fun of her possibly under 18 girlfriend (she's 4ft 11in and he's about 6ft) then bitching to my boss that he goes or i get fired (obviously i did because he was a butcher and i was a simple clean up boy)

then i read any random topic to learning about recent news while inbetween handing out CVs. then desenstizing my brain by looking at patreon sluts on reddit (the only good thing that reddit is for)

im gonna plan to have cold showers from tomorrow morning onwards (it isnt that bad since i live in a tropics era of queensland australia)

I'm eating like a pig,definitely above my mantenance because i count calories

Here's the weird thing

I'm eating on a caloric surplass and i am pretty damn sure that i lose fat,my urine smells exactly like it does when i'm fasting,my breath has that metallic "keto" taste and smell and i see my waist getting smaller and smaller each day

I thought eating on a surplass while burning fat is impossible?
