ive been lifting for about a year. legs, back, and shoulders have grown considerably. chest and arms are lagging. mostly because my bench press has stalled for 4 months and because ive been too lazy to do real arm work.

my bench press 1RM max is ~175 pounds at 5'9" and 162 pounds body weight. i'm going to try a pyramid progression scheme for chest, since i hear that's good for stalling.

what should i do for biceps/triceps? right now i do 4x6 hammer curls and 4x6 skull crushers twice a week. i started with noodle arms and i currently have 14" arms. i want 16" arms, which is clearly going to take 1-2 years. what should i be doing to meet this goal, or at least hit 15"?

Skullcrushers is a great exercise, but only skullcrushers is not enough to get good looking triceps.

Same with biceps. Only doing hammer curls is kinda pointless. Tavi Castros Bicep routine is pretty sweet. Grown an inch in 2 months doing some variation of what he shows in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a839xciMAK8

I'm trying to have a healthier lifestyle and that implies eating like a grown up men.
Problem is... I never ate fruit or vegetables so I don't like them. Any tips on how to start having an healthy eating, and start eating food and vegetables from the beginning?

Most will tell you to just suck it up and start eating them.

You can make smoothies if you get a blender. Freeze some banana and strawberries (or any berry) then throw them in with some water or milk and throw in a ton of spinach and you've got a thick, creamy and vitamin filled milkshake.

For apples, you can cut them up and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on them.

If you want to get into raw vegetables, look up a recipe to make hummus and dip bell peppers, carrots, celery or whatever you want in it.
You can just use any kind of cooked bean instead of garbanzo to make a good bean dip.

While you'll loose some nutrients, you can also roast vegetables, which gives them a deeper flavor. Cut up some onions, potatoes, broccoli, throw them on a cookie sheet, put a small amount of oil on to coat them and throw on a few spices. You'll need to flip them while in the oven once in a while so they don't burn.

Hey lads, been lifting for a few years very mildly, I'm ottermode and this is all I know.

I need help with a girl iv been seeing, my personality is very dominating in person and I try to force change on others so there's that explanation.

As long as you get the same amount of macro and micro nutrients aswell as a full aminoacid profile you should be fine. You'll have to mix and match things for the aminoacids though since i don't know of any vegetables with a full profile.

Hey fellow /fit/ goers,

I am 15 days into my first (and hopefully my last) bout with Iliotibial band syndrome. I wanted to get an idea of how long it took you guys to recover from yours and what treatment worked best.
FTR I have already used RICE and static stretches but have now moved on to hip exercises and TFL massages with a tennis ball.

Oh shit I was wondering what I had. I got it from walking 8 hours a day on vacation. It didn't go away, but ostarine fixed it up. But it's came back again over a year later in similar conditions (on my feet all day for work, no sitting).
