How do you find out how much to take of each?

Most pills barely have 180mg/120mg or some shit. The highest content one I found (pic related) has 500/250.
Do you seriously need to take like 4-6 of these per day?

ZMA helps me sleep. Creatine for gains. Multivitamin is probably useless but it's so cheap you might as well. Vitamin C and Garlic for savage pumps and constant erections.

I m shovelling creatine with fruit juice immediately post work out down my gullet like crack, it definitely helps with recovery, not sure if the bcaas are doing anything to be honest I can use just a strong expresso for pick me ups pre or intra workout.
