Is there a point to working out if you don't get full and continuous 8 hours of sleep? I work graveyard shift at a hotel and sleep around 2pm-10pm but the fucking mexican lawn workers were out full force today and I got maybe 5-6 good hours of sleep. And that was spread out. Is there any point to working out when I get home? It's The Press™ day and I'll need all the strength I can muster. Anyone deal with similar situations? Advice?

My one regret is that I didn't wrestle though. If I had known how much better it would have made me at grappling I would have done it all 4 years.

Is there any point in switching to a strength routine like madcow until my numbers hit intermediate? It should take me few months if all goes well. My strength gains have been quite slow but my muscle gains have been smooth on my current bulk.

I've always been a work your entire body out every day kind of guy, but I'm noticing a stop in my muscle progress. I asked my friend for advice, and he's telling me that I'm not doing enough for each body part if I'm working the entire body out every day. He's told me to focus on one area of my body a day and to go very hard on that one area so that my muscles tear and repair to grow bigger and stronger. Is there truth to this, and if there is, then should I do it? Like, work out each part for every day? Monday - Abs, Tuesday - Legs, Wednesday, Arms. etc?

This, only time i wear underwear is if im wearing pants with a zip or im at work. Had an experience when i worked at EB games, got the pocket of my tracksuit pants stuck in a locked drawer and yanked it out, which literaly ripped the section of the pants containing the pocket OFF, leaving me with just the front and back but connected at the bottom of the leg.
