How's /fit/ holding up?

I feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown. I lift for attention. Plain and simple. I love the feeling of setting a new PR but I also crave being mired and wanted. I can't continue like this. I need help. I get so upset at myself for not closing gaps when I talk to women, not being flirty, I get mad when I look at my tinder because I know I'm not good enough. It motivates me but this ain't healthy. Can someone give me advice for this? How do I overcome my self-loathing and selfishness?

I'm thinking of hopping on tren or test purely for this reason. Id rather wait til I'm 25 or older but I can't shake this feeling of inadequacy.

Idk how to help you with that but Next time you go to the dentist and ask for a night guard. I clench my jaw too and it has started cracking my enamel and my dentist said it'll split the whole tooth eventually if I don't wear it. They're pricey but assuming you have insurance it's covered.

I have some specific question about my diet plan for you, but to make it more interesting and not my personal blog, this is a diet plan general.

So, I'll start with my question: I like my plan for the most part, but I feel it has too much dairy. What can I replace Quark (german product, a bit like cream cheese; 66kcal, 12g Prot, 4g carbs, 0g fat per 100g) with? It seems everything is either pretty expensive (like more meat or fish) or with more carbs. I'm ruling nothing out but maybe there's something obvious I'm forgetting.

I'm eating at a deficit atm, but I also just started lifting again, so I won't call it cutting.

I'm an inch taller than you and ten lbs less and I look roughly the same as that guy (except with larger shoulders) after the past year of almost daily workouts. Mostly kettle bells, pushups, pullups, situps, leg lifts, and squats. Never more than a hundred pounds at a time and mass reps. Hope this helps.
