what does /fit/ do to be successful in NoFap?

Im currently 4 days in my streak. longest i ever done before is 8 hours (i used to jerk it about 4 times a day) and already i feel more alert

My usual method of being sucessful is jerk it to the point my usual morning wood is about as stiff as it can be while having a shower (Mornings are the hardest part of the day. literally) then quickly let go before i continue on. then do double front biceps flexes as well as side chest, side triceps and front abdominals (even though i have no abs but it makes my lats pop out)

then after that i have a semi big bowl of porridge with only water and a teaspoon of honey then after i watch aniki videos (my personal fav being International Wrestling Festival 2015 -WORLD OF ANIKI to which i'll link in the description) and constantly watch JoJo's bizarre adventures while i eat my porridge then i hit the gym for at least 2 hours but no more than 3 since when 3rd hour comes, usually the basic thots doing pussy-to-jump box squats, swerving their asses left and right in a hypnotic fashion while they walk 3kph on the treadmills while im trying to burn off 100 calories in the quickest possible way on the eplitical because my sciatica is a fucking nusiance for jogging then continue to hand out CVs at workplaces because i recently got fired from my shitty job because a ginger faggot got so pissed off at me, he held a knife at my face because i made fun of her possibly under 18 girlfriend (she's 4ft 11in and he's about 6ft) then bitching to my boss that he goes or i get fired (obviously i did because he was a butcher and i was a simple clean up boy)

then i read any random topic to learning about recent news while inbetween handing out CVs. then desenstizing my brain by looking at patreon sluts on reddit (the only good thing that reddit is for)

im gonna plan to have cold showers from tomorrow morning onwards (it isnt that bad since i live in a tropics era of queensland australia)

I'm on No Fap right now. It's already been a week.

And you know something? I feel AMAZING. More energy, more strength, more clarity of mind. I feel better overall. Also, I've noticed that women look at me more often. It's almost like they can sense it.

Also it helps that I'm more horny IRL, and they might sense that too. The only downside is that like OP said, it becomes harder in the morning. I find that's when I'm tempted the most.

The first month was pretty hard but after that it just became normal not to jack off every day. It simply wasn't a part of my life anymore.

My best advice is to keep yourself occupied. Go lift, go for a cycle, pursue a creative hobby, make food, hang out with friends (lol) etc. Stay busy and you won't have time to sit around on 4chan and boredom wank all day.

I don't believe that masturbation is evil and wrong and no one should it, but people should take effort to notice if it is being detrimental to their daily life and take steps to make it a healthy habit.

Personal anecdata; PIED lasts about 24-48 hours from last fap. Three days in morning wood returns. After that, noticeable increase in flaccid length, mood and energy, better posture, faster walking speed, significant increase in sex drive (the gf claims a noticeable difference in size and quality of erection and quality of pounding she gets), self-confidence, sleep humps (actual pelvic thrusting during dreams, enough to wake up the gf) and decrease in social anxiety.

I haven't noticed any guilt or disgust after a relapse, but the PIED and social anxiety yes.
