Genetics. I'm the same way. When I fatted myself I figure at least 60% went to my stomach while my arms saw almost no change. Probably the same reason I struggle to build muscle in my arms/shoulders.

I don't think I took any pictures that could show it. Just imagine a standard 5'9" 130lb dyel front view if I ever so slightly suck in the gut, then I turn sideways while letting it relax and suddenly it looks like I'm a few months pregnant.
Gut is almost gone now, thankfully. Been losing ~2 lbs a week since I started dieting.

How does one achieve this look?
