Just got a new stationary bike for my home gym, still very excited about it and been doing 30 minutes of 75% intensity every day that I'm not lifting, sometimes both.
Is that healthy or am I gonna burn myself out?

How long have you been doing this exactly? and it's fine, as long as you're eating enough but i'd prefer to do it every other day so i don't burn myself out, but it's up to you bud.
30 minutes is the bare minimum exercise you should be doing each day

As far as health goes it's about weekly volume, not the number of days. Daily is good, 4 hours cardio a week is no problem at all. However as a beginner daily exercise can be too much for joints and tendons (also depends on age a little). Tendons take longer to recover and adapt than do muscles

Just take a day off once in a while and eat enough.
There's athletes that do hours worth of cardio every day. 30 minutes won't kill you.
