Just had an awful calf cramp an hour ago, the muscles contacted a ton for like 3 minutes. Then about 5 minutes ago, I had a killer cramp in my quad, even worse than the calf one. Should I be worried?

>to prioritize my studies, get good grades
>to be a better person in general

Basically I want to be the best I can be for God and for others.

Tore my right knee ligaments skateboarding when I was 16. Started actively lifting now in my twenties, however the way my knee has been tweaking, 3 pl8 squats seem to be a dream.

Any bros that have had major injuries that hinder their ability to improve? If so, what can you do to improvise/compensate for it.

I fractured my humerus while arm wrestling. Couldn't lift for 6 months. I lost some gains but I eventually got back to where I was and even surpassed my previous lifts.

Fucked up my right shoulder in middle school (American) football. Never saw a doctor or anything but I think it's partially dislocated or something. When I do lateral raises and bring the right arm down, my shoulder sort of rolls back into position at the bottom. Hurts somewhat but doesn't seem to affect ohp, at least.

Do a static hold with 135 for as long as possible after your do your deadlifts. When you can do it for 60 seconds, up the weight to 185. You can also hang from a pull up bar.

I recently saw some clips of vegan athletes and bodybuilders and basically what it told me was that human body doesn't really need meat. Is it true? If that's true what about the vegan skeleton warriors?

Basically, it's up to you whether you want to go wfpb vegan diet for health benefits. If you stop lifting regularly or working out, you'll just get slim on a wfpb vegan diet. On an omni diet, if you stop working out you turn into a blob. Simple as that- really.

and i have
breakfast: 3 large egg whites, 2 cup milk, greek yogurt, bagel w cream cheese

Lunch: 2 turkey sandwhiches (10 slices of turkey each, on a bagel w cheese) granola bar, 2 cookies

Dinner: 12oz grilled chicken, 2 cups milk and 1 cup asparagus

snack: 1oz sunchips
