Did you bulk while working it? Because i've been working it for like 8 months while cutting/eating on maintenance and it didn't change shit not even a fucking centimeter, but as soon as i started working it on a 6 month bulk i gained a whole fucking inch and a half on my neck. Obese manlet asking out of curiosity.
I'm unhappy with myself. I'm frankly quite disgusting. But way too lazy to do anything about it.

It's just that I currently see no benefit in being fit. My "career" wouldn't go differently. I've already accepted that I'm never going to get a new girlfriend or even fuckbuddy since my ex, because my personality is too broken that getting fit wouldn't help.
Right now I just live to see the next disappointing day, with no requirement to move around much and only seldom lift heavy objects.

But what motivates YOU?

If you're job sucks, try finding a trade you work in. I hated sitting behind a computer for hours. Went to trade school, do construction now and enjoy it better.

Just dont eat junk food and drink only water.

Go do a grocery shop, get veggies and meat. Avoid carbs. At your size you'll notice signifigant loss within a few weeks.

If you have to drink alcohol stick to vodka and tonic water.
You don't need exercise you just need to eat and drink healthier.

How do I go about it?
I've stopped eating pasta, rice, bread potato's and putting sugar in my coffee.

I basically eat eggs, chicken, beef, pork and various veggies everyday.

Is this enough? What else should I be aware of?

I wanted to stay awake at night so I could study for some test. Coffee never did shit for me so I decided that the amount of coffee I drink has very little caffeine. I usually have some sachets of coffee laying around. I usually use 2 of those sachets but this time I decided to 7 of coffee sachets.

Guess what? It didn't do shit for me. After drinking it I felt asleep 30 minutes later. When I woke up I decided to eat some almonds. After I ate them I felt nauseas, went to the bathroom and puked all the coffee I had dranked.

The fuck happened here? Am I allergic to coffee or some shit? Did I overdose caffeine?
