Every time I eat, I get bloated. Like, really bloated. What's the deal? My stomach is huge and I hate it. I was slim and then I ate some celery and almonds and quinoa, and now I look like I'm 7 months preg. What is going on.

Read the sticky and been lurking in this board for longer than I'm proud to admit. Poorfag who can't afford gym membership, so any advice on getting big with bodyweight exercises? My plan/hope is to cut down to 175 lbs(which should put me ~15% BF), then use this as a foundation to bulk until ~215 lbs and finally cut to ~200 and maintain. Am currently ~200 and 6'1, but am a skinnyfat. Any advice for this newfag?

Warm up your back first by doing some wide grip rows, then focus really hard on squeezing your shoulder blades together when you bench. You may have to lower your weight for a bit but I guarantee that will help you a lot.

Ok, real talk /fit. I ordered stevia 100% pure extract with no other kind of sweeteners or chemicals. I've been doing some research about stevia and other sweeteners.
Aspartame and shit seems to cause some side effects like fucking with your insuline levels or some shiet.
Stevia sweeteners like truvia seems to be about just as bad. But pure stevia extract, seems to be healthy only. I couldn't find any negative side effects, except that it could increase the sugar craving if "overdosing".
Now I've tasted it and it is just as sugar, but sweeter of course. Is stevia too good to be true, am I missing out on something?
I briefly read about the processing of pure stevia extract being potentially hazardous, but it could just be more mom science and scare mongering like what seems to be happening to flax seed. Regardless it looks like xylitol is the best of all the sweeteners since it helps protects your teeth and tastes the closest to real sugar.

I have been on a diet for about a month now. Lost around 15 lbs so far but this past week I've eaten below my TDEE by quite a few hundred calories (I'm a 6'1 210 lbs guy. Most calculators put me at about 2,087 cals/day in order to lose 2 lbs per week but I am hitting only like 1400) but I have not lost a single .2 of a pound. The only way I am losing is if I eat around 600cals/day but that doesn't feel very healthy but it's the only way weight is coming off
How is it that I could have a TDEE of 1000 cals?
You're messing something up. And try lifting if you want to lose more. 2k cals at 6'1'' seems like it's for a sedentary lifestyle
