Got like 200lbs of international plates(2x 44,33,22,11) for $70 at the swapmeet/fleemarket. Look old and Rusty. Friend who works at AutoZone gifted me rust removal spray ($10) and I bought spray paint for metal ($5ish). Went to town on the played with my wire brush and painted them black. They look new and still weigh the same since they're not damaged in any way.
