Every time I eat, I get bloated. Like, really bloated. What's the deal? My stomach is huge and I hate it. I was slim and then I ate some celery and almonds and quinoa, and now I look like I'm 7 months preg. What is going on.
Also, I don't think my fitness pal works. Or I just don't get it. I don't know what I'm eating and I don't think I'm eating ~1200 cals a day. This shit is hard.
