take yhcl in the morning fasted, then ec next 2 doses 4 hours apart
dnp whenever you want but i'd advise you to take it as early as you can because sleeping when it's kicking in is annoying

I'm in my 3rd week of lifting. 6.1 198 lbs. I'm getting noob gains, but I'm getting little fatter also. I'm semi skinny fat. I was training 2 years ago, but stopped because of work related issues. Eating around +3k calories per day. Should I keep eating and ignoring if I get little fatter?
