Well fit, I'm 1/4 made it
I just OHP 1pl8 and it felt really good.
Can probably bench 2pl8s but I don't have a spotter so I'll be working my way up to be able to rep it.

How's your 1/2/3/4 journey going?

Now just using dbs and cable flies

Warm up your back first by doing some wide grip rows, then focus really hard on squeezing your shoulder blades together when you bench. You may have to lower your weight for a bit but I guarantee that will help you a lot.

Similar situation but with less weight, I fucked up my hips going heavy with a wide stance on squats. I can literally bench more than I can squat by almost 50lbs right now. But, I know what to do to fix my form and after a few weeks letting my hip flexor ligaments heal I'll be good.
