anyone else like swallowing oats whole? especially for breakfast. not for meme internet reasons but because it feels much better than eating oatmeal. you can eat a lot more without feeling stuffed and the oats digest noticably slower. you just feel a steady energy for 6 hours, no feeling of full or empty.
