Barbell curl 4x10

Workout B
Single Arm Dumbbell Extension 4x15
Dumbbell Hammer Curls 4x15

You alternate between each of these mini workouts, doing 16 of them in total.
After each workout, you down a protein shake.

Start light so you don't get rekt before your even 4 hours in.

I've come to the conclusion that deadlifts simply aren't worth the risk unless you are a powerlifter.

When you start approaching serious weight (3xbw) it only takes one tiny slip up or muscular imbalance and you are crippled for life.

They are also massively overrated for hypertrophy.

I do this out of necessity, my beard is dark brown but my moustache is bleach blond and never looks good so I usually buzz it down to the nub.

Other than hot sauce, mustard and salsa, what else can you add to lean meat to make it taste good while remaining low in calories? I'm eating leaner cuts of meat which taste a lot more bland and unsatisfying despite the plethora of spices I use.

/fit/ I just started lifting 3 months ago but today I visited Urijah Fabers new gym

Shit is nuts, but they dont seem to have too many weights. It's mostly crossfit shit from what I can tell, but everyone there is pretty giant.

Should I sign up?
It's expensive (100-180 a month) but it has a ton of classes

If you want to do it, but I'm paying $90 a month for my gym because I have no other choice. If I found a cheaper option I'd be doing it.

I've been jumping through multiple posts about leaning out, between a ketogenic diet, high protein diet, and a starvation diet. What's the best way to lean out your body without just losing a lot muscle in the process? And also what routine? High reps vs low reps?

Hypothetically, if we could harness the power of adrenaline and put our bodies into fight or flight mode for a workout could be use this to our advantage for explosive workouts? In other words, we trick our minds into thinking we must summon every ounce of our strength to lift some heavy weights.

I dunno, when I am about to fail a bench my adrenaline skyrockets but it doesn't help me push that heavy ass weight.

Well /fit/... I'm stuck in Miami and this is probably where it ends for me. My house is built to withstand winds up to 130mph but Irma is spitting out 185+ in the core. My home will be flooded and then ripped from the earth. It's a weird feeling to know I'm going to die tomorrow.

what the fuck do I do now? Seriously, what can I do with what I have to maximize time and results? Currently only have a TRX strap, 2x 25lb dumbells, a bar with a basic set (5lbx4, 10lbx2, 25lbx2), plate carrier with 14lbs of plates, jump rope and some bands. Just body weight shit up to this point, what else can I throw in the mix.

Amigo, do you know where you are? I'll give you a Cliff's notes of things to come:

-You lose weight with diet. If you don't have your diet in check, no amount of calisthenics and light-weight play is gonna save you.
-An hour a day is more than enough. By far.
-Arguably, what you have now is shit you don't need. It'll improve conditioning, but minimally. And you're not building mass or strength...minor muscular endurance at best.
-Get a cage (squat stand, half cage, full cage...deals exist), get a flat bench, get an olympic barbell, get a basic set of olympic plates.
-Now, get on a basic beginner program that's periodized for linear progression. Fuck-around-itis will get you nowhere fast.
-Read the sticky.
