I've been jumping through multiple posts about leaning out, between a ketogenic diet, high protein diet, and a starvation diet. What's the best way to lean out your body without just losing a lot muscle in the process? And also what routine? High reps vs low reps?
if you are talking aesthetics I do PPLPPLx. To 'lean out' is to cut, which is just eating the right macros at under your maintenance caloric intake. you can get that number from a link in the sticky. Just read the sticky anon.

I've been trying to stay low carb and just drink a lot of water, then in a week load up on carbs so I fill out. So like keto-esque1

Meal 1: Meat or eggs, bowl of frozen vegetables
Meal 2: Protein shake
Meal 3: Meat or eggs, bowl of frozen vegetables
Meal 4: Protein shake
Meal 5: Meat or eggs, bowl of frozen vegetables
Meal 6: Bowl of cottage cheese
This diet is cheap and boring, but it's easy and leads to weight loss and muscle maintenance with possible gains.
