Lately I've been feeling like shit and gathering willpower to get back in shape. If I don't loose those mantits soon, I think I never will.
I never dieted, never taken any suplements.
Because of my built and the fact that my dumb ass shoulder keeps dislocating, most excercise is incredibly difficult for me. At my absolute best I could do around 25 push ups and the first thing that gives up are my back muscles. Similarily, I can never work on the muscle parts I want, it's always my forearms or shoulders giving up first.
Anyone having same problems? What do I do to look and feel better?

I would just get in the gym. Start lightweight with caloric deficit and do a fair amount of conditioning work to get a bit lean, maybe like 245. High protein to try and preserve as much muscle as possible.
That would probably take 6 months or so if dedicated. From there it's up to you depending on your goals.
I started bulking for the first time ever two months ago. I'm extremely happy with the strength gain. I went from barely able to bench 225 to 240 for 5.
I've also gained 8-10 lbs (196 - around 206) but my waist is still 33.5" My question is, what is a typical stopping point? do I just keep eating and getting stronger until I start to be disgusted with my body?
