Pretty much this. A few of my aquaintences who powerlift look down upon people who don't lift as much as them. They're insecure.

I've switched programs and have seen progress and do like wendler 5/3/1. Anybody else running the program explain to me how you schedule which lifts for which days? I'm a proficient lifter, I'm currently structuring my days like so:
A=squat/bench
B=deadlift/PHO
MON: A
TUES:B
WED: REST
THUR:A
FRI:B
SAT:heavy conditioning day
SUN: rest
Does anybody do 1 lift per day once per week? I later mine out this way because I feel like I needed more volume. Any suggestions are appreciated and try to keep shitposting to a minimum.

Who else /BROAD/ here? I have a naturally boxy looking physique, even before lifting at my lowest weight of 190 my chest was 42 inches with a 32 in waist. Long shoulder span and being tall makes me look like a big rectangle. I'm trying to bulk to thicken out because almost nothing off the rack fits me correctly. Anyone else?

In few months I'll be able to lift again after breaking my arm twice this year and having a surgery.
Now both my body composition changed (yeah put on some weight) and strength probably plummeted especially upper body.
My question is when I start lifting again should I do a strength program for a while or start with program focused more on aesthetics. I did strength ones in the past and always progressed poorly, mainly because most of the times I was cutting but even on bulking one it was shit compared to all the success stories. Barely hit 1 plate bench after 3 4 months, squat like 70kg dl ~90 but now it's all shit probably. And I always wanted to just get in good shape and have some ok lifts but neither ever happened.

It's not fucking fair. I've improved myself heavily. I'm no longer the wimpy nerd who was bullied. I'm swole. I hit puberty and hit 6'2. I've hit a 2 plate bench. I have the occasional sex with a 6/10. My last girlfriend was a solid 7 but with 10/10 eyes. But this fucking manlet will always be able to look at some Instagram models (plural) with ~20k followers and say "yeah, I took their virginities." Does it even matter that he works at McDonald's now? Youth is wasted on the young, at least in my case.
