I've switched programs and have seen progress and do like wendler 5/3/1. Anybody else running the program explain to me how you schedule which lifts for which days? I'm a proficient lifter, I'm currently structuring my days like so:
A=squat/bench
B=deadlift/PHO
MON: A
TUES:B
WED: REST
THUR:A
FRI:B
SAT:heavy conditioning day
SUN: rest
Does anybody do 1 lift per day once per week? I later mine out this way because I feel like I needed more volume. Any suggestions are appreciated and try to keep shitposting to a minimum.
I BB row everyday and include heavy rack pulls on deadlift (B) days. Accessories vary but I don't feel they're important enough to discuss.

I do
mon=ohp
tues=squat
wed=off
thurs=bench
friday=deadlift
sat/sun=off
I do joker sets and first set last, I normally plan for doing 4 joker sets and generally hit them all except for on the 1+ week. Normally means going up to a 1rm on each day. On Bench press I'll end up going to a 1rm on joker sets then throwing on a slingshot and doing 2-3 more joker sets (so a total of 6-7 jokers) before doing my first set last. I do my accessories with the opposite lift, so bench accessory on 531 ohp days etc. Been doing 5x5@80% for my accessories with pauses on bench/ohp and no knee sleeves on accessory squats in addition to that I do periodization bible.
Just this week I started doing an additional bench press day on saturday, mostly because I thought it would be fun to bench more. I was thinking of using same weights as the workout earlier in the week but not AMRAPing on my "max" set and saving more energy to try and hit rep PR's on one or two of my joker sets.
I feel like it's been working pretty good for me. I'm on cycle #8 right now and I've gone from 135/295/250/380 to 175/400/295/455.
