As how you can get something similar to his physique, you would have to lift big while also eating big. I know, sounds like a platitude, but it's honestly just that simple. All those Japanese pro wrestlers do dojo style training and afterwards eat very heartily. It's the masculine warrior thing to eats bowls after bowls of rice alongside whatever source of protein they can procure. That's why they're relatively buff, but also have lots of body fat. They don't really give a shit about carbs, as long as it's in the form of rice and not junk food.
