The key is meal prep anon, just cook your week worth of food on Sunday. With meals prepared, you would have absolutely no reason to say "I am too lazy to cook tonight, I'll just get fast food" because you already have food preped and ready in your kitchen.

Get a slow cooker. Walmart has one-gallon Crock Pots for like $10. Throw some meat, veggies, and spices in there. Forget about it for 8 hours. Eat your diet slop like the sad bachelor you are. Pack up leftovers in small, single-serving tupperware. You have food for 3-7 days.
