Hey guys, I just started my very first roid cycle. My plan was to do a 12 week cycle of test-e followed by a PCT of nolvadex. I just pinned for my first time about two hours ago. I did 1ml (250mg) and was planning on doing this twice a week for next 12 weeks.

But now I'm pussying out guys. I don't know if I can do this. If I stop now will there be any side effects? Or should I just finish out my cycle in full with the PCT and never touch this shit again?

Advice greatly needed.

You are entering rest mode right away and are getting a head start on your recovery.
Ideally, if you want to get yuge, you'd go hard as fuck for an hour or two at the gym then do nothing for the rest of the day.

Hey /fit/ I've been doing about 50 pushups everyday for two weeks now, and just wanted to know if they're worth doing. max I can do in a row is 25 but normally I do reps of 10 with my feet on my bed or a chair. Do they actually help?
I'm 6' and weigh about 155lb, will they get my chest a lil bigger? planning on putting weights on my back once they become too easy.
