How active is /fit/ outside of going to the gym? I personally

I go to the gym to shower, and work out at home

I play in a rec league for soccer and another for basketball, also in military.

You are entering rest mode right away and are getting a head start on your recovery.
Ideally, if you want to get yuge, you'd go hard as fuck for an hour or two at the gym then do nothing for the rest of the day.

I go to the gym to shower even on my off days. Haven't showered or used the bathroom in my own home except to piss in the evenings for a few months now. Easily saved more than a few hundred dollars at this point.

I walk to work; walk home; and walk at lunch. Totals around 4 miles a day.

Skateboarding anywhere from 2-4x a week, normally 1/2 hour sessions
