What's a good weight for someone who's 5'10-5'11? I've been trying to lose weight and I think 165 is a good goal
I cut to 170 before I started bulking desu

I'm not really interested in lifting and all that I'm just more focused in getting a healthy weight so I can feel better desu

Well under 150 lbs there isn't even life force covering my ass when I sit down. Shit gets painful.
What about someone who is 5'7-5'8?

I'm 5'10" and I feel pretty comfortable around 185-195. I don't think I could get bigger than 200 without getting fat/bloated or using steroids. Any smaller than 175 and I feel weak and small.

Get your body fat percentage measured; immersion or DEXA. That'll give you a good answer as to where you should be.
