Medschool bro here, the vast majority of studies conducted on the use of omega 3 supplements have shown they are useless. Omega 3 itself, from it's natural sources (some types of fish), is pretty important for cardiac health.

I'm on my third water fast. The first two only lasted 4 days but this time i'm on day 7 and feeling pretty good. Lost 12lbs so far in this fast.

Well I am not a cannibal so I don't have the urge to eat another human. But now when I get hungry I just kinda embrace it and appreciate food more than normal. But I resist eating something cause I know that I will regret it and I can eat all the food I want once i'm done fasting.

Since they are solitary creatures, they don't usually live in groups...so you might find them allalone in certain places. From my experiences when I tried to catch a few of them they seem to prefer to live in the top part of a corner where they can have a better overview for potential predators
